Keep the whole check
Guests order on your own site and the money arrives without a marketplace taking a cut of it first.
0% commission on direct ordersOne queue, every channel
Register, kiosk and online orders land in the same kitchen display, so the line never works from two systems.
Register · Kiosk · Online → one displayDecisions you can audit
Every intelligence finding carries its evidence, its threshold, and the limits of what your data can actually support.
Deterministic, evidence-backed findingsOwn the whole stack
Your domain, your menu, your customer records, your audit log. Nothing about the operation is rented back to you.
Your domain · your data · your menuThe platform
Six surfaces. One menu, one order, one login.
Every screen below is part of the product you get on day one — not a roadmap. Pick one, or let it run.
- One menu
- Edited once, priced the same everywhere
- One order
- Every channel, one kitchen queue
- One login
- Scoped by role and location
A register your staff learn in one shift
Take the order, split the check, apply a discount that is recorded rather than assumed, and open or close a shift — all from the same terminal.
- Order create, update, cancel
- Open / close shifts
- Discounts written to the audit log
The kitchen sees the ticket as it is rung in
Tickets land on the display the moment they are placed — from the register, the kiosk, or your own website — with the time on each one visible to the whole line.
- One queue for every channel
- Per-ticket timers
- Status pushed back to the order
- 2× Wagyu smash
- 1× Fries
- 1× Loaded wings
- 3× Smash
- 2× Shake
A second register that never calls in sick
Your menu and prices, your brand, your attract loop. Kiosk orders enter the same queue as everything else, so the kitchen never works from two systems.
- Brand-themed attract media
- Menu and pricing from one source
- Straight into the kitchen queue

Direct orders, with the margin still attached
Guests order from your own site and the ticket arrives in one inbox beside every other channel. No third party between you and the guest.
- Zero commission on direct orders
- One inbox for every channel
- Live status to the guest
Your site, your domain, your menu — already connected
Edit the page blocks, point your own domain at it, and the menu stays in step with the register because it is the same menu.
- Block editor
- Custom domains
- Menu shared with the register
Your numbers, read back to you
A Business Intelligence workspace that reads the orders you have already taken — findings carry their evidence, their thresholds, and the limits of what the data can support.
- Deterministic, evidence-backed findings
- Saved analyses you can re-run and compare
- Scoped to the locations you are authorized for
Business Intelligence
Like hiring a CEO, a CMO, and an analyst — powered by your own numbers
Ask the copilot anything. It answers from your measured data, runs whole analyses mid-conversation, and labels every figure as measured or AI estimate, so you always know fact from judgment.
Daily executive brief
Every morning: what changed, why it matters, what to do about it.
Business health score
Nine areas scored deterministically from your data, diagnosed by AI.
Market intelligence
Real page audits of competitors you name, summarized into counter-moves.
Executive reports
Board-ready weekly and monthly reports, written for you.

What changes
Stop renting your customers from delivery apps
Third-party marketplaces skim up to a third off every check, and they keep the customer data. Sofra moves orders to your own site, where the margin and the relationship stay yours.
- Commission-free direct ordering on your own website
- Coupons priced server-side at checkout, not on the honor system
- One customer list across every location and every channel
−$12,000/mo fees
$0 commission, plus the customer data

Founding operators
We would rather show you the product than someone else’s numbers.
We are onboarding our first restaurants, so there are no customer results to publish yet. Run the report on your own site above — that output is real, and it is about your restaurant rather than a stranger’s.
What your report measures
- 1
Search Results
How easily Google surfaces you when a hungry guest searches nearby.
- 2
Website Experience
Does your site load fast, work on phones, and let guests order directly?
- 3
Local Listings
Is your Google Business Profile complete, well-rated and linked to your site?
Scored against your live site and Google listing. No signup, no card.
Why operators switch
One platform, not a patchwork of point tools
Ordering-only platforms leave you buying a POS elsewhere. Legacy POS stacks leave your storefront and marketing to an agency. Sofra is the whole operation.
| Feature | Sofra | Ordering-only platforms | Legacy POS + agency stack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commission-free direct ordering | Yes | Yes | No |
| Full POS + kitchen display included | Yes | No | Yes |
| Branded website with real, audited SEO | Yes | No | agency retainer |
| Self-service kiosk on your own hardware | Yes | paid add-on | No |
| Evidence-backed intelligence on your own data | Yes | No | No |
| One menu, one customer list, one login | Yes | No | No |
| Time to go live | days | weeks | quarters |

FAQ
Questions, answered
Is Sofra one product or many?
One. The POS, kitchen display, kiosk, website, direct ordering and intelligence workspace all read and write the same data. Your menu, customers and orders exist exactly once.
Do I need technical staff to run it?
No. The website builder is visual, the menu is edited in the admin, and our team sets up your account with you. If you can use a phone, you can run Sofra.
What does the AI actually do?
It works only on your measured data: it writes your daily brief, scores your business health, surfaces opportunities and recurring patterns, audits your site's SEO, summarizes competitors you name, and builds executive reports you can save, re-run and compare. Every finding carries its evidence, its thresholds and the limits of what your data supports.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site lives on a Sofra address from day one, and you can attach your own custom domain with one-click DNS verification whenever you're ready.
How does SOFRA use Google Business Profile?
A valid Google Business Profile connection is required to complete Launch onboarding for each location. After you review the purpose and continue to Google, SOFRA lists profiles your account can access so you can confirm the exact restaurant location. Granting SOFRA Manager access is a second, separate consent, and ownership stays with you.
How do I get started?
Run the free AI Growth Report, then talk to our team. We'll walk you through the platform on your own numbers, set up your account, and stay with you until your first orders flow.
